Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Technical Trainee, you will be involved in pharmaceutical manufacturing and operational processes within a regulated plant environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support production and manufacturing activities in API or formulation units
- Follow batch manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Assist in process monitoring and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient pharmaceutical production and maintaining product quality standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
M.Pharm (All Streams – Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Industrial Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, Pharmacology, Regulatory Affairs)
Skills Required:
- Strong academic background and subject knowledge
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shift operations
Experience:
- Freshers only
