Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Trainee – Production Department
As a Trainee in the Production Department, you will be trained to handle end-to-end manufacturing processes within a controlled biopharmaceutical setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily production operations under supervision of senior staff.
- Participate in bioprocess and aseptic manufacturing activities.
- Support sterilization, culture handling, and process validation tasks.
- Maintain documentation and follow GMP standards during all production stages.
- Ensure adherence to biosafety, environmental, and quality protocols.
- Participate in internal audits, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of bioprocess technology, fermentation, and aseptic handling.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced biopharma environment.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education: M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): M.Sc Microbiology, M.Sc Biotechnology, M.Sc Industrial Microbiology, M.Sc Bioprocess Technology, M.Sc Life Sciences, PG Diploma in Biotech Operations
Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)
Preference: Candidates residing near or willing to relocate to Kadi, Gujarat.
Location & Salary

Facilities: Bus transportation provided for daily commute.
