Job Role & Responsibilities

Hetero is hiring freshers across the following departments:

Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

Role Focus: Laboratory analysis, quality documentation, and compliance activities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Support analytical testing under validated methods and approved protocols
• Assist in documentation activities including test records, logs, and quality reports
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements
• Participate in laboratory audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities

Production (Manufacturing)

Role Focus: API or formulation manufacturing operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day production activities as per approved batch manufacturing records
• Assist in handling equipment, materials, and process operations under GMP guidelines
• Maintain production documentation including BMRs and logbooks
• Follow safety, quality, and operational SOPs during manufacturing activities
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

Quality Assurance / Quality Control:

• M.Sc. Chemistry (Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry)

Production:

• B.Sc. Chemistry

Passing Years Eligible: 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025

Additional Requirements:

• Strong fundamentals in chemistry and pharmaceutical sciences
• Willingness to work in regulated manufacturing environments
• Good documentation discipline and learning attitude
