Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be part of the Production Department – OSD Oncology, working primarily in compression and coating operations. The role demands hands-on technical expertise, strong adherence to GMP practices, and the ability to operate within a regulated oncology environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing compression and coating activities for oncology oral solid dosage forms
- Operating and monitoring production equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing records
- Ensuring line clearance, equipment cleaning, and changeover activities are performed accurately
- Maintaining strict compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and safety protocols specific to oncology manufacturing
- Recording real-time production data in batch records and logbooks
- Identifying and reporting deviations, equipment issues, and process abnormalities
- Supporting in-process checks and coordination with IPQA during production runs
- Ensuring adherence to contamination control and occupational safety practices in oncology areas
- Participating in audits, inspections, and internal quality reviews as required
These roles are critical in ensuring uninterrupted, compliant production of oncology medicines that directly contribute to patient care.
Eligibility / Qualifications

B.Pharmacy

Experience Requirement
- 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production
- Prior experience in OSD manufacturing is mandatory
