Job Role & Responsibilities
1. Production & Packing
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc
Experience: 2–7 years
Designation: Operator / Sr. Operator
Area of Work: Production-Filling, Packing – Bottle (Primary & Secondary)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle filling, sealing, and packaging of OSD and liquid formulations.
- Operate machinery for bottle filling, capping, labeling, and packing.
- Ensure adherence to GMP and production SOPs.
- Maintain records and assist in batch documentation.
2. Quality Control (QC)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience: 3–9 years
Designation: Jr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive
Area of Work: Stability, HPLC, GC, Wet Analysis, IP/FP, Method Transfer, EM, Water Testing, Product Analysis (MLT & Sterility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct HPLC and GC analysis for raw materials and finished products.
- Perform stability and impurity profiling studies.
- Carry out microbiological testing including MLT and Sterility Tests.
- Support method validation and transfer activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to GLP and regulatory norms.
3. Engineering
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech
Experience: 2–7 years
Designation: Jr. Engineer / Engineer
Area of Work: Process Maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical), Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Ensure calibration and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with production for equipment readiness and utilities management.
4. Quality Assurance (QA)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc / M.Pharm
Experience: 8–12 years
Designation: Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Area of Work: IPQA, Cleaning Validation, Process Validation, Compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee in-process quality assurance activities in manufacturing.
- Conduct cleaning and process validation as per regulatory guidelines.
- Review and approve production-related documents.
- Monitor compliance and handle deviation/CAPA systems.
5. EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Qualification: M.Sc in Environmental Science / Diploma in Industrial Safety (Mandatory) / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 3–6 years
Designation: Officer / Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor EHS management systems.
- Conduct safety training and awareness sessions.
- Manage documentation and compliance as per statutory requirements.
- Ensure workplace safety through risk assessment and preventive measures.
6. IT (Information Technology)
Qualification: B.Tech
Experience: 2–4 years
Designation: Jr. Administrator
Area of Work: System Software, Networking, Backup & Data Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Ensure network uptime, data security, and system backups.
- Support internal teams with IT infrastructure and ERP system management.
Eligibility / Qualifications

- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science), B.Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, IT), Diploma, ITI
Experience Range:
- 2 to 12 years, depending on the department.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards.
- Analytical experience in HPLC, GC, Dissolution testing, Sterility testing.
- Understanding of process maintenance and instrumentation.
- Proficiency in documentation and compliance management.
