Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be placed in QA/QC or Production departments based on qualification and organizational requirements. Freshers will undergo structured on-the-job training under experienced professionals.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control Responsibilities
- Support quality documentation and compliance activities
- Assist in sampling, testing, and review of materials and products
- Follow SOPs, cGMP, and data integrity requirements
- Maintain laboratory and quality records accurately
- Assist in deviation handling, CAPA documentation, and audits
- Work closely with senior QA/QC team members
Production Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Follow shop-floor SOPs and safety guidelines
- Support batch processing and documentation
- Learn equipment operation and production workflows
- Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance on the shop floor
These roles are suitable for candidates who are willing to learn and work in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have completed one of the following courses:
MSc Chemistry (Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry), B.Pharmacy, BSc Chemistry
Fresher Criteria
- Year of pass: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Age limit: Below 25 years
Additional Requirements
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical QA, QC, or Production roles
