Job Role & Responsibilities
Hetero is conducting a Walk-in Interview for multiple positions in its OSD Formulation Unit. The available departments and responsibilities include:
Quality Control (Stability / FP / HPLC / GC / Microbiology)
- Conduct routine testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation as per cGMP standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and SOPs.
Analytical R&D (Stability / FP / AMV / HPLC)
- Develop and validate analytical methods for formulations and raw materials.
- Support formulation development through analytical data.
- Perform stability studies, AMV, and troubleshooting of analytical methods.
- Document results in line with GLP and GMP requirements.
Packing (Blister, Bottle, and Bulk Packing)
- Operate packaging equipment like ELMACH-3522 and IMA-PG.
- Handle packing line operations, label verification, and batch documentation.
- Maintain packing records and follow SOPs.
- Coordinate with QA for in-process checks.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Hetero invites applications from candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- Quality Control: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc (2–6 years of experience)
- Analytical R&D: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm (2–5 years of experience)
- Packing: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc (1–6 years of experience)
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in OSD Formulation.
- Hands-on experience in HPLC/GC instrumentation.
- Preference for male candidates and immediate joiners.

Work Location: Hetero Labs Limited (Formulation Unit), Chakkan Road, Kalyanpur (Village), Baddi, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India – 173205
Salary: Competitive with additional joining bonus for selected candidates.
