Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Department

Candidates joining the Production team will be involved in core manufacturing activities within a GMP-regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Executing manufacturing operations as per batch manufacturing records
Handling equipment and production processes
Maintaining production documentation and logbooks
Following safety, quality, and compliance protocols
Coordinating with QA and QC teams during production stages

Quality Control (QC)

QC professionals will be responsible for analytical testing and quality evaluation of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.

Responsibilities include:

Performing chemical and analytical testing
Documenting test results and maintaining QC records
Supporting method validation and calibration activities
Ensuring compliance with quality specifications
Assisting during audits and inspections

Quality Assurance (QA)

QA roles focus on maintaining quality systems and ensuring regulatory compliance across operations.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing batch records and quality documents
Supporting SOP implementation and compliance
Monitoring GMP adherence on the shop floor
Assisting in internal and external audits
Handling deviation reports and CAPA documentation

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, B.A, B.Com

Experience Requirement

Freshers to 5 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality systems is preferred
Willingness to work in a regulated pharma environment
