What you will be doing:
- Site Monitoring
- Site Management
- Ultimately responsible for the successful management of investigator sites throughout the site lifecycle
- Working by ICH-GCP guidelines, the study protocol, applicable local and international regulatory requirements and internal Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform all aspects of CRA duties from site selection, site initiation, through to site routine monitoring visits through to close-out visits and database lock.
- You will be embedded in our client’s study team and have a dedicated ICON line manager to support you
- Oversees all aspects of study site management to ensure high quality data resulting in consistently low query levels and in good Quality Assurance reports

You are:

Degree in Pharmacy or any related course
2+ years prior monitoring experience with global trials within CRO or pharmaceutical company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP, as wel as of local regulations
Flexibility to travel and to work from the sponsor office whenever needed

What You Will Be Doing

Field monitoring specialist role with a focus on standardization and harmonization.
Act as a site relationship manager and main point of contact for assigned sites.
Proactively mitigate risks and take ownership of recruitment decisions.
Manage approximately 12 sites, with variations based on trial stage and complexity.

A proactive and dynamic Clinical Research Associate capable of managing 12 sites.
Willing to adapt to individual assignment variations based on trial stage and complexity.
