Job Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based insurance providers.
• Follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Understand denial reasons and resolve claim-related issues.
• Document call outcomes accurately in the system.
• Adhere to compliance, quality, and productivity guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Commerce and Science graduates (Life Sciences, B.Pharm, and Master’s degrees are not eligible).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good analytical ability and willingness to work in a voice process.

Location & Salary

Location: Unit No. 203 & 204, 2nd Floor, Building No. 5, Mindspace, Thane–Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai – 400708.
Salary: As per industry standards.
