Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Revenue Cycle Representative (Account Receivables), you will be responsible for managing the financial processes that ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance payors to ensure prompt claim processing and payment.
- Analyze insurance denials, validate their accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify and report patterns in claim rejections to improve process efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all follow-ups and communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite resolution of payment delays.
- Adhere to compliance standards and confidentiality regulations in all transactions.

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:

Experience:
