Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive
Department: Formulation & Development (F&D)
Specialization: OSD, Sterile, Ophthalmic (Domestic, Emerging & Regulated Markets)
Qualification: M.Pharm
Experience: 2–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute complex injectable, suspension, emulsion, and ophthalmic formulations for regulated markets.
• Conduct literature search and ensure compliance with regulatory guidance relevant to formulation development.
• Responsible for review and analysis of trial and stability data throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Lead technology transfer from R&D to plant/GMP scale ensuring smooth transition and compliance.
• Prepare and review critical documents: MFC, MPC, BMR/BPR, stability protocols, product development reports, and regulatory CMC documents.
• Execute process optimization and exhibit batches at the manufacturing site.
• Maintain detailed documentation as per company procedures and cGLPs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and upkeep of laboratory equipment and practices.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Relevant Courses: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
