Job Role & Responsibilities

Engineering (API) – Engineer (Documentation)

• Handle engineering QMS documentation.
• Oversee plant maintenance records and SOP compliance.
• Ensure cGMP adherence and support audits.
• Expertise in AutoCAD is required.

Production (API) – Officer / Chemist

• Charge and monitor process batches as per SOP/BPCR.
• Supervise operators/technicians to ensure compliance.
• Maintain equipment, utensils, materials, and containers with proper status labeling.
• Ensure safe and efficient production operations.

EHS (API) – Asst. Manager / Executive (Safety)

• Lead the EHS department and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage hazardous materials.
• Organize safety training sessions and maintain statutory documentation.
• Build a strong safety culture across the site.

Engineering / Production (API) – Apprentice (Freshers – Male)

• Gain hands-on experience in production and engineering.
• Work in a structured learning environment under senior professionals.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to real-time pharma operations.
• Be adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to contribute as part of a dynamic team.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Engineering (Documentation): BE/B.Tech in Mechanical with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Production (API): UG/PG in Chemistry or related field with minimum 2 years of experience.
• EHS (API): BE/Diploma in Industrial Safety with at least 7 years of experience.
• Apprentice: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, BE/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or Electrical (Freshers).

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of GMP, cGMP, and regulatory compliance.
• Documentation and audit readiness.
• Safety and risk management (for EHS roles).
• Willingness to learn and adapt (for freshers).
