Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control – Fresher Trainees

• Perform routine quality control activities under supervision
• Assist in analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Maintain laboratory documentation and follow GMP and safety guidelines
• Support calibration, sample handling, and basic analytical testing

Engineering & Production – Fresher Trainees

• Support production and engineering activities in formulation manufacturing
• Assist in equipment operation, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks
• Follow SOPs, GMP practices, and safety procedures on the shop floor
• Support documentation related to batch records and production logs

These roles focus on building strong technical and compliance-oriented skills during the training period.

Required Education (Passing Year 2023–2025)

Diploma, B.Sc, 12th + ITI, ITI, B.Com, B.A

Eligibility Criteria

• Only freshers are eligible
• Candidates must be immediate joiners
• Willingness to work at Indore (QC) or Wardha, Maharashtra (Production)

Monthly Stipend During Training

• Graduate (B.Sc): ₹12,300
• B.Com / B.A / Diploma: ₹10,900
• ITI: ₹10,700 (QC) / ₹9,600 (Production)

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of training:

• Wardha: Monthly gross salary of ₹18,350 or more
• Indore: Monthly gross salary of ₹14,900 or more
