Job Role & Responsibilities

These roles support manufacturing excellence, routine quality checks, and engineering maintenance.

QA – Quality Assurance (DPI)

• Ensure compliance in sterile operations.
• Perform line clearance activities and batch documentation review.
• Support adherence to SOPs and routine audits.
• Work closely with production and QC for deviation control.

Engineering – Jr. Officer / Officer (HVAC & Documentation)

• Manage HVAC operations for DPI and sterile areas.
• Maintain engineering records, calibration logs, and documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance and breakdown handling.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory engineering requirements.

QC – Quality Control (Tablet / HPLC)

• Conduct HPLC analysis for raw materials, intermediates, and tablets.
• Maintain instrument logs, calibration records, and analytical documents.
• Support stability testing and routine quality checks.
• Adhere to GLP and laboratory safety protocols.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

• B.Pharm (QA)
• B.Tech ME/EE (Engineering)
• B.Sc / B.Pharm (QC)

Relevant courses include Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Formulation Science, Analytical Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• QA: 1–3 years with compulsory sterile manufacturing exposure.
• Engineering: 2–5 years with DPI or injection unit experience.
• QC: 2–4 years with hands-on HPLC expertise.
