Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will join the Quality Control Department as trainees and will be trained under experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in routine Quality Control laboratory activities.
- Support sample testing and documentation under supervision.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory SOPs.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain discipline, data integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Participate in training programs at the Center of Excellence.
This role focuses on building core skills in pharmaceutical quality systems and laboratory operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education (Passing Year: 2023–2025)
Candidates must have completed one of the following qualifications:
Diploma, ITI, 12th Standard with Science background
Relevant Courses (comma-separated):
Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, Industrial Training (ITI), Science

- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willingness to undergo training and work at different Ipca locations after training
Location & Salary
