Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Stores and Warehouse department at Ipca Laboratories, selected candidates will support day-to-day material management activities in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
• Maintaining accurate inventory records in line with GMP and data integrity requirements
• Supporting material issuance to production as per batch requirements
• Coordinating with Quality Assurance for material status labeling and segregation
• Ensuring proper storage conditions and FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Assisting in warehouse documentation, audits, and internal inspections
• Following SOPs related to warehouse safety, hygiene, and compliance

This role provides strong exposure to pharmaceutical supply chain operations and GMP systems, making it a solid foundation for long-term pharma careers.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc (any discipline relevant to science background)
• Eligible Courses: B.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Physics, B.Sc Biology, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Life Sciences
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Candidates should have basic knowledge of documentation and willingness to work in a regulated manufacturing environment
