Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator, you will support clinical trial operations by managing kit inventory, site coordination, and database tracking processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain Kit Material Supply (KMS) systems at project and site level
- Enter and manage work orders in internal databases
- Monitor and adjust inventory of clinical trial collection kits
- Coordinate with investigator sites for kit resupply and logistics
- Troubleshoot kit supply issues and escalate when necessary
- Support database customization and project-specific requirements
- Assist in resolving operational and technical issues
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and global processes
- Track performance metrics and report to management
- Document service issues and ensure timely resolution
This role is essential for ensuring smooth clinical trial execution, proper material supply, and operational efficiency in global research studies.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
BSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, MSc Life Sciences
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of clinical research processes
- Knowledge of inventory management and data tracking systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Experience:
