Job Role & Responsibilities

The company is hiring for multiple roles across different departments:

Production – OSD & Injectable

  • Positions: Operator, Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive
  • Sections: OSD (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule) & Injectable (Dry Powder Injectable)
  • Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining cGMP compliance, and ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.

Primary & Secondary Packing – OSD & Injectable

  • Positions: Operator, Officer
  • Sections: OSD (Dry Syrup, Capsule, Tablet) & Injectable (Dry Powder Injectable)
  • Responsibilities: Handling packaging operations, quality checks, and maintaining records as per regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Positions: Jr. Officer, Officer
  • Sections: IPQA, AQA, QMS, Documentation
  • Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with SOPs, conducting audits, monitoring quality systems.

Quality Control (QC)

  • Positions: Jr. Officer, Officer
  • Sections: HPLC, Chemical Analysis, Documentation
  • Responsibilities: Conducting tests, preparing reports, and ensuring product quality as per pharmacopeia standards.

QC Microbiology

  • Positions: Jr. Officer, Officer, Senior Microbiologist
  • Responsibilities: Microbiological testing, handling HPLC, and chemical analysis. Senior candidates will handle team management.

Production Injectable – Senior Roles

  • Positions: Executive, Sr. Executive, Assistant Manager
  • Responsibilities: Handling Dry Powder Injection sections, supervising teams, ensuring compliance.

Engineering & Maintenance

  • Positions: Operator, Officer
  • Sections: HVAC, Water System, Fitter, Electrical, Boiler, Mechanical
  • Responsibilities: Maintenance of pharma utilities and ensuring uninterrupted operations. (Pharma background preferable).

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, ITI, Diploma (relevant courses include Bachelor of Pharmacy, Master of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Science, Master of Science in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology, Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Boiler operations).
  • Experience: 1–9 years (depending on position).
  • Additional Notes:
    • Male candidates preferred.
