Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist – Specialized Diagnostics Portfolio, the selected candidate will be responsible for driving the success of high-value diagnostic tests across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and promoting super-specialized diagnostic test portfolios, including Oncology, Autoimmune, Gynecology, IVF, and advanced panels
• Developing deep product knowledge covering clinical relevance, test methodology, and diagnostic value
• Conducting structured product training programs for sales teams, area managers, and field staff
• Supporting field teams during doctor interactions, CMEs, and key customer engagements
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute product launch and growth strategies
• Tracking test performance metrics, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Providing scientific and clinical inputs to strengthen brand positioning and market adoption

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates from healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Required and preferred qualifications include:

• BDS, BHMS, BAMS with MA, MHA, or PG Diploma in Healthcare
• B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Tech, M.Tech (Biotechnology) with MBA
• Candidates with prior exposure to diagnostics, healthcare marketing, or product management will be preferred
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered
• Immediate joiners will have an added advantage
