Job Role & Responsibilities
Macleods is hiring professionals across various departments for their API plant in Dahej. Below are the available positions and responsibilities:
1. Engineering Services – Technical Associate / Officer / Sr. Officer
- Maintain and operate HVAC systems, Plant Fitters, and Water Systems (Pre-treatment, Ultrafiltration, ROEDI, Distribution Loop).
- Ensure preventive maintenance and proper documentation of engineering operations.
- Collaborate with the production and QA teams for compliance and system reliability.
2. Production (API) – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Execute API and intermediate manufacturing processes.
- Follow GMP and SOP compliance during production operations.
- Handle batch documentation, equipment cleaning, and process control.
3. Quality Assurance (API Plant) – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Manage QA activities including analytical compliance, cleaning validation, and QMS documentation.
- Coordinate with regulatory and training departments.
- Oversee IPQA, process validation, and deviation management.
4. Quality Control (API Plant) – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, LCMS, PSD, and wet chemistry techniques.
- Validate analytical methods and ensure accuracy in data reporting.
- Maintain GLP and documentation compliance.
5. Warehouse (API Plant) – Officer / Sr. Officer
- Handle Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM), and Finished Goods operations.
- Manage inventory, dispatch, and shift documentation activities.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma (Engineering / Chemical / Technical), B.Com, M.Com.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years to a maximum of 8 years in respective functions.
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of cGMP, documentation, and quality standards.
- Hands-on experience in API plant operations, validation, and compliance.
- Excellent teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.
