Job Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bioanalytical method development and validation using LC-MS/MS techniques
- Process and analyze biological samples to determine drug and metabolite concentrations
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and internal SOPs
- Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain laboratory instruments, calibration records, and equipment logbooks
- Compile and document raw data in laboratory notebooks and data sheets
- Support project leaders in report preparation and bioanalytical studies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the bioanalytical laboratory
- Calibrate and maintain pipettes, dispensers, and related lab instruments
- Execute additional responsibilities assigned by the section head
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
M.Pharm, M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry), M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharm
Experience Required
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in bioanalytical laboratory
- Strong expertise in LC-MS/MS, bioanalysis, and method validation
- Practical exposure to GLP-compliant environments
