Job Role & Responsibilities

Analytical Method Development – Formulation (OSD)

Designation: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate

Key responsibilities include:

• Development and validation of analytical methods for oral solid dosage forms
• Method transfer, method verification, and stability study support
• Handling HPLC, dissolution, and related analytical techniques
• Preparation of analytical protocols, reports, and regulatory documentation
• Supporting product development and scale-up activities under cGMP guidelines

Bulk Drugs / CRD (Chemical Research & Development)

Designation: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate

Key responsibilities include:

• Literature survey and identification of synthetic routes for APIs
• Process development and optimization with focus on cost and quality
• Scale-up support and coordination with pilot plant activities
• Documentation, characterization, and compliance with R&D standards
• Supporting technology transfer and regulatory filing requirements

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: M.Sc, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Organic Chemistry)
• Relevant Courses: M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Analysis
• Experience:
  • Formulation Analytical Development: 2–7 years
  • Bulk Drugs / CRD: 2–5 years
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D workflows and documentation practices
