Job Roles & Responsibilities

Maithri Laboratories is conducting a Walk-In Drive for multiple departments. Explore the available opportunities below:

1. Production Department

• Experience: 2–8 years
• Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related disciplines
• Responsibilities:
  • Handling API production operations and equipment.
  • Monitoring in-process parameters and maintaining documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with cGMP and EHS standards.
  • Coordinating with QA/QC and engineering teams for process improvements.

2. Research & Development (R&D)

• Experience: 1–6 years
• Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc (Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry)
• Requirements: Candidates must have relevant API R&D experience.
• Responsibilities:
  • Developing and optimizing chemical synthesis processes.
  • Conducting experiments and maintaining analytical documentation.

3. Technical Services Department (TSD)
