Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (Any Degree) – 2-8 Years

• Oversee and support API production processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain production records.
• Collaborate with QC and R&D teams to ensure consistent product quality.
• Participate in troubleshooting and process optimization activities.

Quality Control (B.Sc./M.Sc.) – 2-6 Years

• Conduct analytical testing of APIs using instrumental and classical techniques.
• Develop and validate QC methods where required.
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GLP standards and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams for quality assurance support.

Research & Development (B.Sc./M.Sc.) – 1-6 Years

• Support API-related R&D projects with analytical and experimental work.
• Develop and optimize methods for new chemical entities (NCEs).
• Maintain documentation and reports aligned with GLP/GMP requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.

Engineering Services (ITI Fitter) – 2-6 Years

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment used in production and QC.
• Ensure machinery is calibrated and operational according to SOPs.

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Production: Any Degree with relevant API experience.
• QC: B.Sc./M.Sc. with relevant API experience. Relevant courses: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Quality Assurance, Instrumental Analysis.
• R&D: B.Sc./M.Sc. with relevant API experience. Relevant courses: Pharmaceutical Research, Drug Discovery, Analytical Techniques, Process Chemistry.
• Engineering Services: ITI Fitter with relevant practical experience.
• Experience ranges: 1-8 years depending on department.
