Job Role & Responsibilities
Mana Pharma has multiple openings across Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments.
1️⃣ QC Trainee – Fresher
- Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Perform HPLC, GC, UV, and titration analysis under supervision.
- Prepare and maintain analytical documentation and reports.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and supervisors to support ongoing lab activities.
2️⃣ QC/QA Manager – Experienced (API)
- Oversee the QC/QA department to ensure GMP compliance and consistent product quality.
- Lead a team of analysts and chemists to meet internal and regulatory quality standards.
- Review and approve analytical results, deviation reports, and OOS investigations.
- Ensure the accuracy of stability studies, documentation, and audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production and R&D.
Eligibility / Qualifications
For QC Trainee:
- Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers can apply)
- Skills: Basic understanding of analytical instruments (HPLC, GC), documentation skills, and eagerness to learn.
For QC/QA Manager (API):
- Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, or M.Pharmacy
- Experience: Minimum 10+ Years in API Quality Systems / QA-QC Operations.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, documentation, audits, and regulatory standards.
