The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete packaging lifecycle, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards, and optimizing packaging processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of pharmaceutical packaging operations
• Supervise GMP documentation, process qualification, and validation activities
• Manage TrackWise QMS, LMS, DMS, and ERP systems like SAP and PLEX
• Ensure successful handling of regulatory inspections and SOP implementation
• Operate and maintain high-speed machines such as:
  • Stick Pack Machines (Marchesini)
  • Robotic Island, Carton Formers
  • Blister Pack Machines (IMA), HAPA, Cartonator, Case Packer
  • Track & Trace systems (Antares Vision)
• Control packaging costs and improve packaging process efficiencies

Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm or B Pharm
• Experience Required: 15–20 years in pharmaceutical packaging
• Technical Skills: QMS tools (TrackWise), SAP/ERP systems, CSV, and machine operations
• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
• Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in Health Authority inspections and global packaging regulations
