Job Role & Responsibilities
Trainee Chemist / Apprenticeship – R&D
- Assist in developing synthetic routes for APIs and intermediates
- Conduct literature research for process optimization and improvements
- Perform laboratory experiments including reaction setup, monitoring, and work-up
- Maintain accurate lab notebooks and experimental documentation
- Support technology transfer activities from R&D to manufacturing
- Follow GLP, GMP, and laboratory safety guidelines
