About the Role

Marksans Pharma is hiring for the position of Officer/Sr. Officer – Pharma Technology. This role involves a wide scope of work related to product development, scale-up, and cross-functional coordination with R&D and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of trial batches, exhibit batches, and scale-up operations
• Handling of change control processes linked to tech transfer
• Review and assessment of documents such as BMR, risk assessments, GAP assessments, and dossier data
• Coordination with plant and R&D teams for new product introductions and site transfers
• Review of executed batch records for validation, exhibit batches, and hold time studies
• Requisition and allocation of item codes for raw material and packing components

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: B Pharm or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs)
• Experience: 3 to 6 years in a formulation or pharma technology role
• Preferred Skills: GMP knowledge, documentation skills, and cross-functional coordination
