Job Role & Responsibilities
The Assistant Professor – Pharmacy Practice will be responsible for academic instruction, research activities, and contribution to institutional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Pharmacy Practice and related clinical pharmacy subjects.
- Guide PharmD and M.Pharm students in academic projects, clinical research, and experiential learning.
- Develop and update course content aligned with current pharmacy practice standards.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research leading to publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Contribute to patent filing, funded research proposals, and interdisciplinary research initiatives.
- Participate in academic committees, curriculum development, and accreditation activities.
- Support clinical pharmacy services, professional training programs, and outreach initiatives.
- Mentor students and contribute to a research-oriented academic culture.
This role directly supports the advancement of clinical pharmacy education, patient-centered pharmaceutical care, and evidence-based healthcare practices.

- First Class PharmD or M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice)
- PhD in Pharmacy Practice or related discipline
