This paid, on-site internship is designed for life sciences and biotechnology students who want hands-on exposure to clinical research, medical affairs documentation, and healthcare data analysis within a fast-growing HealthTech environment.

Job Role & Responsibilities
The Medical Affairs (Research) Intern will support research, documentation, and data-related activities under the guidance of senior team members. This role is ideal for students interested in medical research, scientific writing, and healthcare analytics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Searching for and tracking national and international research grants relevant to healthcare and life sciences
- Assisting in abstract writing for research projects, publications, and presentations
- Performing data entry and data hygiene activities, including maintaining Trial Record Forms (TRF)
- Collating and organizing clinical information for case studies, reports, and scientific publications
- Analyzing datasets to derive meaningful insights, trends, and basic statistics
- Preparing presentations and documentation as required by the medical affairs and research teams
- Supporting internal research communication and documentation standards
This internship provides foundational exposure to medical affairs operations, research methodology, and clinical data handling.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science (BSc) program
- Background in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biology, or related disciplines
Relevant courses include: BSc Biotechnology, BSc Life Sciences, BSc Microbiology, BSc Biochemistry, BSc Genetics, BSc Biomedical Sciences, BSc Molecular Biology
Skill Requirements
- Strong documentation and scientific writing skills
- Basic understanding of research methodology and data handling
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a research-driven environment

- Internship Duration: 3 months
- Stipend: ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month
