Experience Required
10 to 17 Years in QC – Stability Section, preferably in OSD manufacturing with team management exposure.
Department: Quality Control (OSD) – Stability Section
This senior-level role involves overseeing the entire stability section and ensuring strict compliance with global regulatory standards. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in managing USFDA/MHRA audits, handling OOS/OOT investigations, and coordinating with regulatory departments.
Key Responsibilities
Stability Operations & Compliance
- Lead the QC – Stability Section with a team of 15–20 members
- Prepare stability protocols as per ICH guidelines
- Coordinate stability study plans and summary report generation for Regulatory Affairs
- Ensure timely review and compliance of stability data
Regulatory & Team Leadership
- Maintain audit readiness (USFDA, MHRA)
- Handle and investigate deviations, OOS, and OOT results
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee daily operations
- Reporting directly to DGM – Quality Control
Compensation
- Budget: ₹10 LPA to ₹12 LPA
