Job Role & Responsibilities
Medusind is recruiting for two close-knit functions: Content Analyst and Medical Analyst. Both roles require strong clinical or scientific grounding, excellent written communication, and the ability to interpret clinical material for diverse audiences.
Content Analyst
- Review and create high-quality medical content for clinical documentation and educational materials
- Ensure accuracy, clinical relevance, and adherence to style guides and client templates
- Conduct literature verification and fact-checking for clinical claims
- Collaborate with clinical SMEs to clarify technical points and update content
- Meet turnaround times while maintaining high editorial standards
Medical Analyst
- Analyze clinical documentation, identify gaps, and recommend corrections to improve accuracy
- Support coding and clinical validation activities where applicable
- Interpret medical records, lab reports, and diagnostic findings to create structured summaries
- Assist in preparing clinical audits and quality-assurance reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical consistency across projects
Eligibility / Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
- M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
- BPT (Physiotherapy)
- BHMS or BAMS
Experience & Skills
- Prior experience preferred but freshers who meet the educational criteria may be considered
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Attention to clinical detail and ability to interpret scientific material
- Comfortable working in an office-based day-shift (8 AM–5 PM)
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
