Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control Department

Selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring analytical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistent product quality across different stages of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods
• Conducting stability studies and maintaining stability chambers as per approved protocols
• Operating and troubleshooting analytical instruments such as HPLC, potentiometers, and microbiology testing systems
• Reviewing and maintaining laboratory documentation in compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements
• Supporting audits, investigations, and out-of-specification analysis

Open QC Roles:

• QC Stability (STB)
• QC PM (Packaging Material)
• QC RM – Chemical / Potentiometer
• QC Finished Goods – Chemical
• QC Microbiology
• QC Stability – HPLC

Packing Department

The Packing Supervisor role focuses on managing packing operations while ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising primary and secondary packing activities
• Ensuring adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety standards
• Coordinating with QA and QC teams during line clearance and inspections
• Maintaining batch documentation and production records
• Handling manpower allocation and shift activities efficiently

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education (comma-separated):

M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Analytical Chemistry), B.Pharm, M.Sc Pharmaceutical Sciences

Experience Requirements:

• QC PM: Minimum 1 year
• QC RM / Finished Goods / STB (HPLC): Minimum 3 years
• QC Microbiology: Minimum 4 years
• Packing Supervisor: Minimum 2 years

Candidates must have prior pharmaceutical formulation industry experience. Freshers are not eligible for these roles.
