Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Trainees / Officers (Production Department)

Sections: Compression, Capsule Filling, Inspection

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute production activities for tablet and capsule manufacturing processes.

  • Operate and maintain machines used for compression, capsule filling, and inspection.

  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain documentation in compliance with cGMP & GDP.

  • Support in-process quality checks and ensure batch consistency.

  • Participate in routine audits, validations, and compliance assessments.

Core Skills Required:

  • Understanding of tablet manufacturing and capsule filling processes.

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)


2. Technical Staff / Operators (Production – Granulation & Compression)

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment used in granulation and compression.

  • Ensure smooth operation and quality compliance during production runs.

  • Follow safety protocols and GMP standards during production activities.

  • Assist senior officers in troubleshooting equipment or process issues.

Qualification: B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
Experience: 0–3 years

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of pharma production machinery.

  • Ability to follow instructions and operate in a team-based environment.

  • Keen attention to accuracy and hygiene.
