Key Responsibilities
Oligonucleotide/Nucleotide Synthesis:

Data Analysis & Documentation:
- Utilize ChemDraw and analytical tools for structural confirmation.
- Maintain meticulous records of experimental procedures, observations, and results in Excel or lab-specific software.
Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with cross-functional R&D teams to scale processes and develop new methodologies.
- Participate in regular project review meetings to present data and insights.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: MSc. in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in oligonucleotide or nucleotide synthesis.
