These openings are suited for skilled operators, supervisors, shift in-charges, and technical staff with hands-on experience in sterile manufacturing, OSD operations, packaging, and equipment handling. Job Role & Responsibilities

MSN is hiring across Production, Formulation, Packaging, and QMS functions for Injectables and OSD.

Injectables – Production Operators & Supervisors

• Operate filling, Lyo, PFS, and vial washing machines.
• Manage sealing machines, autoclaves, and compounding operations.
• Ensure sterile manufacturing compliance and environmental controls.
• Support batch execution, equipment operation, and line clearance.
• Assist in shift operations and documentation.

Injectables – Packing Operators

• Operate Automatic Visual Inspection Machines.
• Manage labeling and packing lines for vials, PFS, and ampoules.
• Ensure correct batch coding, sealing, and final packing checks.

OSD – Production Operators / Supervisors / Shift In-Charge

• Operate compression, coating, granulation, bilayer compression, and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain machine qualifications and follow validated processes.
• Coordinate manpower and ensure continuous production.
• Prepare batch records and support audit readiness.

OSD – Packing Operators & Supervisors

• Handle Blister, Bottle Line, Cartonator, and Auto-Cartonator machines.
• Ensure packaging accuracy, visual checks, and batch document completion.
• Monitor packing line efficiency and GMP compliance.

QMS – OSD & Injectables

• Support document control, change management, deviations, and CAPA.
• Align operations with regulatory standards and GMP training requirements.
• Assist in preparing audit documentation.

These roles directly support quality manufacturing, operational reliability, and timely product delivery for global markets.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Accepted Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm (role-dependent)
• Relevant academic courses: Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Mechanical Maintenance, Instrumentation, Sterile Processing, OSD Manufacturing Technology, Quality Management.

Experience

• Injectables: 2–8 years
• OSD: 2–12 years
• Hands-on machine experience is mandatory.
