Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control (QC)
Selected candidates will support laboratory operations and ensure pharmaceutical products meet established quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical Testing
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments.
- Conduct routine and non-routine laboratory testing.
- Ensure timely completion of sample analysis.
Instrument Handling
Candidates should have practical experience in:
- HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
- Gas Chromatography (GC)
- UV Spectroscopy
- Infrared Spectroscopy (IR)
- Dissolution Testing Systems
- Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Computer System Validation (CSV)
Quality Compliance
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Maintain compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity.
- Participate in laboratory investigations and compliance activities.
Investigation Management
- Handle Out of Specification (OOS) investigations.
- Support Out of Trend (OOT) investigations.
- Participate in deviation management processes.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Documentation
- Maintain laboratory records and logbooks.
- Review analytical data.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.
