This position offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with a strong foundation in analytical method development and stability testing to be part of a leading pharmaceutical R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Calibrate analytical instruments regularly and prepare/maintain reagents and standard solutions.
• Conduct analytical testing for development batches, stability samples, and comparative dissolution profiles.
• Develop and validate analytical methods and prepare method development reports.
• Execute drug solubility studies and perform API & excipient comparability testing.
• Monitor and record temperature and humidity conditions in the stability chamber daily.
• Ensure adherence to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GDP (Good Documentation Practice), and safety protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to support timely product development.
• Manage LER-related tasks and oversee analytical documentation for API and FDF.
• Analyze scale-up and process optimization (PO) batches.
• Ensure proper documentation, sample submission, and maintenance of laboratory records.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• MSc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines.

Experience Required

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Analytical R&D, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Skills

• Proficient in analytical method development and validation.
• Strong understanding of comparative dissolution profile analysis and stability protocols.
• Well-versed with GLP, GDP, and compliance documentation.
• Capable of working collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
