Job Role & Responsibilities
Multiple roles are available across OSD Production and Packing functions for oncology and non-oncology formulations.
OSD Production & Packing – Oncology
Operator
- Operate granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing equipment
- Handle equipment such as GEA granulators, Alexander Works roll compaction systems, NEOCOTA coaters, Bosch capsule fillers, CVC bottle packing and labelling lines, and Optel track & trace systems
- Perform routine equipment checks, in-process monitoring, and documentation
Supervisor
- Supervise compression, coating, and packing operations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, BMRs, and IPQC requirements
- Coordinate manpower and shift activities
Shift Incharge
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing activities for assigned shifts
- Ensure production targets, compliance, and safety standards are met
- Coordinate with QA, IPQC, and engineering teams
OSD Production & Packing – Non-Oncology
Operator
- Operate granulation, compression, coating, spray drying, capsule filling, and packing lines
- Handle equipment including Tapasya and ACG granulators, Sejong compression machines, NEOCOTA coaters, Bosch capsule fillers, Labultima spray dryers, CAM and IMA PG blister packers, CAM auto cartoners, CVC bottle packing lines, Maharshi labellers, Anchor Mark dry powder lines, Optel track & trace, and HAPA printers
Supervisor
- Supervise granulation, compression, coating, spray dryer, and packing line operations
- Ensure compliance with GMP and production documentation standards
Shift Incharge
- Lead manufacturing shifts and oversee production execution
- Ensure smooth handover, documentation accuracy, and compliance
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
ITI, Diploma in Pharmacy or Engineering, B.Pharmacy
Experience Requirements
- Operator: 6–8 years of experience in OSD production or packing
- Supervisor: 4–6 years of experience supervising OSD manufacturing lines
- Shift Incharge: 10–12 years of experience managing formulation manufacturing activities
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and regulatory manufacturing practices
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Only candidates with formulation experience and regulatory exposure will be considered
- This opportunity is open only to male candidates due to rotational shift requirements in production areas
