Job Role & Responsibilities

OSD Production & Packing – Operators & Supervisors

• Operate equipment for Granulation (RMG, FBD, AGC, GEA), Compression (GEA, Sejong), Coating (NEOCOTA), Capsule Filling (Bosch, MG2), Blister Packing (CAM/IMA/ACG), and Bottle Packing (CVC, Optel).

• Supervise production lines including Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Packing operations.

• Maintain GMP standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure smooth operation of Onco and Non-Onco OSD production lines.

• Communicate effectively in English (verbal & written).

Injectable Production – Operators & Supervisors

• Operate Washing and Depyrogenation Tunnel systems.

• Supervise Aseptic Filling and Manufacturing lines.

• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation and batch records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and GMP adherence.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BSc., or B Pharm.

• Experience:

  • OSD Production: 0–8 years (freshers 2024/25 eligible)

  • Injectable Production: 3–8 years

• Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in production lines of OSD or Injectables.

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, GMP, and QMS standards.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (male candidates preferred).

  • Only candidates with relevant formulation production experience will be considered.
