Job Role & Responsibilities
Production – Intermediate / Clean Room / Peptides
- Designation: Executive / Assistant Manager
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
- Responsibilities:
- Manage cleanroom operations and peptide/intermediate manufacturing.
- Monitor and optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
Production – DCS (Automation)
- Designation: Chemist / Officer
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
- Responsibilities:
- Operate DCS automated systems.
- Maintain process controls and documentation.
- Support smooth manufacturing and troubleshooting.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Roles: IPQA Officer, AQA Reviewer, Executive
- Experience: 3–8 years
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm.
- Responsibilities:
- Review and approve batch records.
- Conduct in-process checks and audits.
- Ensure compliance with QA systems and SOPs.
Quality Control (QC)
- Role: Officer – HPLC, GC, LC-MS, ICP-MS
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing using advanced instruments.
- Ensure accuracy of stability, raw material, and finished product analysis.
- Maintain GLP and documentation standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharmacy, or Diploma (Chemical Engineering).
- 3–10 years of relevant experience depending on the role.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, regulatory audits, and analytical techniques.
