Job Role & Responsibilities
Neuland is hiring across several departments at its Hyderabad facilities (Unit-1 Bonthapally & Unit-3 Gaddapotharam):
Production – Intermediate / Clean Room
- Position: Assistant Managers
- Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical)
- Experience: 8–12 years
- Responsibilities: Overseeing production in cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Production – Peptides
- Position: Chemist/Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical)
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Responsibilities: Handling peptide production processes, documentation, and GMP compliance.
Production – DCS (Automation)
- Position: Chemist/Officer
- Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical)
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Responsibilities: Managing Distributed Control Systems (DCS), automation processes, and plant operations.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Position: Officer – IPQA
- Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Responsibilities: In-process quality assurance, monitoring production activities, compliance audits.
- Position: Executive – AQA Reviewer
- Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm
- Experience: 6–8 years
- Responsibilities: Reviewing analytical quality assurance documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Quality Control (QC)
- Position: Officer – HPLC, GC, LC-MS & ICP-MS
- Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm
- Experience: 4–6 years
- Responsibilities: Analytical testing using advanced instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, ICP-MS), preparing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: B.Sc (Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Pharm, Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience Range: 3–12 years depending on the role.
- Skills Required: Strong knowledge of GMP, experience with analytical instruments, cleanroom operations, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance.
