Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Documentation (Deputy Manager)

• Oversee and manage production documentation for API manufacturing operations
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of batch manufacturing records
• Coordinate with production, QA, and regulatory teams for documentation control
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
• Implement continuous improvement in documentation practices

Quality Control – HPLC, GC & PSD

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and particle size distribution techniques
• Analyze API, intermediates, raw materials, and finished products
• Prepare and review analytical reports in compliance with GMP and GLP
• Support method validation, transfer, and troubleshooting
• Maintain laboratory instruments and documentation

Plant Engineering – Mechanical & Electrical

• Manage maintenance and reliability of mechanical and electrical equipment
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensure equipment compliance with GMP and safety standards
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime
• Maintain engineering documentation and calibration records

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education (comma-separated):
B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, B.Tech Mechanical, B.Tech Electrical

Experience Requirements:

• Production Documentation (Deputy Manager): 12–14 years
• QC Executive: 4–6 years
• QC Officer: 7–9 years
• Plant Engineering Executive: 6–8 years

Mandatory Requirement:

• Prior experience in API pharmaceutical manufacturing
