Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Intermediate & Cleanroom (DCS Automation)

• Operate and monitor DCS (Distributed Control System) in API manufacturing
• Handle cleanroom production activities as per GMP guidelines
• Ensure batch execution and documentation accuracy
• Monitor process parameters and troubleshoot deviations

Quality Control (QC – HPLC, GC, Wet Analysis)

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC instruments
• Conduct wet lab analysis and method validation
• Ensure compliance with pharmacopeial and regulatory standards
• Maintain laboratory documentation and data integrity

Quality Assurance (QA – QMS)

• Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Handle deviations, CAPA, and audit compliance
• Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory guidelines
• Support internal and external audits

Plant Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical)

• Perform maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment
• Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain electrical and mechanical systems
• Ensure uninterrupted plant operations

Warehouse (Raw Material & Packing Material)

• Manage inventory of raw and packing materials
• Ensure proper storage as per GMP guidelines
• Handle documentation and stock audits
• Coordinate with production and QA teams
