Job Role & Responsibilities

As a QA Fresher, you will support daily quality assurance activities, documentation control, and compliance monitoring within the Boisar facility. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing documents such as SOPs, BMRs, and logbooks.
• Support QA team in routine shop-floor activities for compliance checks.
• Monitor documentation accuracy and ensure adherence to cGMP and data integrity principles.
• Coordinate with production and QC departments to collect process-related information.
• Maintain controlled documents, records, and filing systems.
• Participate in training related to deviations, CAPA, change controls, and audit readiness.
• Learn and implement quality systems while supporting internal QA workflows.

This entry-level role builds a strong foundation for future QA positions in regulated pharmaceutical environments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: D.Pharm / B.Pharm (Freshers only).
• Mandatory: Valid medical license.
• Experience: No prior industrial experience required.
• Good communication and basic documentation skills.
• Strong willingness to learn QA systems, documentation structure, and GMP expectations.
• Male candidates only (as per employer requirement).
