Job Overview: Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL)

Job Location

• Delhi, India

Educational Qualification

• Postgraduate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Health Sciences
• Preferred: PhD, PharmD, MD

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2–3 years in a medical affairs role or similar function

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead strategic collaborations with healthcare professionals, academic leaders, and external partners
• Identify data gaps and generate evidence for improved patient access
• Co-create and personalize engagement strategies across multiple channels

Scientific and Clinical Support

• Serve as the scientific expert in assigned therapeutic areas
• Support clinical trials, managed access programs, and scientific events
• Communicate evidence-driven data to the right stakeholders at the right time

Regulatory and Strategic Contributions

• Align medical activities with Integrated Product Strategy (IPS) and Evidence Generation Plans
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations

Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records, stakeholder mapping, and internal reports
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives and tools for insights
