Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will support regulatory consulting projects and assist in managing submission processes. You will work closely with experienced professionals to gain exposure to global regulatory frameworks and submission standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and publishing of regulatory documents including formatting, bookmarking, hyperlinking, and compilation
- Support electronic and paper submission processes for regulatory dossiers
- Perform document management tasks such as file tracking, storage, archival, and transfer
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines and standards
- Contribute to preparation of submission packages under supervision
- Support ongoing regulatory activities for marketed products
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and performance
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates with a strong academic background in life sciences or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline
Relevant Courses:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, clinical research, or pharmaceutical industry
