Job Roles & Responsibilities

Manufacturing Experienced Operators – Injectables

• Operate and monitor injectable manufacturing equipment including vial washing, filling, capping, sealing, and compounding systems
• Execute terminal sterilization and stopper processing activities
• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic practices and cGMP requirements
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and equipment logbooks
• Support troubleshooting and routine preventive maintenance activities
• Follow safety, data integrity, and quality compliance standards

Manufacturing Supervisors – Injectables

• Lead upstream and downstream injectable manufacturing operations
• Manage production teams to achieve output, quality, and compliance targets
• Ensure compliance with USFDA-regulated manufacturing processes
• Review batch records, deviations, investigations, and CAPA implementation
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and supply chain teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor

Senior Equipment Specialists (SES) – Visual Inspection

• Support operational efficiency through preventive and corrective maintenance
• Initiate, review, and document work orders related to equipment reliability
• Develop and execute equipment reliability and improvement plans
• Analyze equipment-related losses, identify root causes, and implement action plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment performance
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP requirements

Manufacturing Compliance Roles

• Manage Quality Management System activities including change control, deviations, CAPA, and investigations
• Support internal and external regulatory audits and inspections
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and data integrity principles
• Oversee documentation control and risk management processes
• Provide compliance support for sterile injectable manufacturing operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Manufacturing Operators: Diploma, B.Sc with 2 to 8 years of injectable manufacturing experience
• Manufacturing Supervisors: M.Pharm or M.Sc (Full-Time) with 6 to 10 years experience, or B.Pharm with 8 to 12 years experience in injectables
• Senior Equipment Specialists: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech (Mechanical) with 6 to 10 years of experience in pharma, chemical, FMCG, food & beverages, or cosmetics industries
• Manufacturing Compliance Roles: M.Pharm with 6 to 10 years or B.Pharm with 8 to 12 years of QMS experience in sterile injectables

Relevant education includes: Diploma in Pharmacy, Diploma in Engineering, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Tech
