Drug Safety Associate – Literature Case Processing

• Experience: 2–3 years in pharmacovigilance or drug safety
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end case processing of literature-based ICSRs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain quality and timeliness of submissions
  • Coordinate with safety physicians and regulatory teams

Medical Information Call Center – PV (Fresher Role)

• Experience: Freshers eligible
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle medical information queries
  • Document and route queries per SOPs
  • Maintain communication standards with HCPs/patients
  • Participate in PV training and reporting systems

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• B Pharm, M.Pharm, BSc, MSc, or relevant Life Sciences degree
• Good understanding of pharmacovigilance processes
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Experience Requirements

• 0–3 years (depending on the role)
